Gua Sha

Never on dry skin

Apply a generous amount of face oil or rich serum before each massage. The stone must glide effortlessly without stretching or pulling the skin.

The correct angle

Hold the Gua Sha flat at a 15- to 30-degree angleto the skin (almost flat). Do not use the sharp 90-degree edge.

Gentle pressure

Always use light to medium pressure on the face. The lymphatic vessels are located directly under the surface and respond well to gentle strokes.

The correct direction

Always stroke from the center of the face outwardsand from bottom to top on the neck. Do not work in the opposite direction.

Regularity

For lasting results, use the tool 3 to 5 times a weekfor about 5 to 10 minutes each time.

Cleaning after each use

After each use, wash the stone with lukewarm water and a mild soap to remove product residue and bacteria.
